AV111 — Private Pilot Lab

Co-requisites: AV 110 Students will begin their flight training with an FAA Certificated Flight Instructor, covering all skills necessary to pass the FAA Private Pilot Airplane Certificate Practical Exam. To qualify for the FAA Private Pilot Certificate, students must meet the following requirements: be at least 17 years old, be able to read, speak, write, and understand English, hold at least a third-class medical certificate, and complete both ground and flight training, including a minimum of 40 flight hours with specific time requirements for solo and dual instruction.
