WEL421 — Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)

4 credits This course combines lecture and lab activities to introduce the Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) process used extensively by industry. Students learn through hands-on applications and will be introduced to the theory of metal transfer, FCAW equipment, welding procedures, out of position welding, and safety.
