NRS 211 — PHARMACOLOGY FOR THE PRACTICAL NURSE CREDITS:

This course includes nursing theory and the care of patients with a variety of disease/disorders with an emphasis on how pharmacology impacts the treatment outcomes, how medical terminology assists with disease identification, and the importance of nutrition on the recovery process. PREREQUISITES: NRS 101, NRS 106, NRS 111, NRS 122, and NRS 132. GRADE REQUIREMENT: A MINIMUM GRADE OF C IS REQUIRED TO PASS THIS COURSE AND MEET PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
