CHEM 106 — CHEMISTRY SURVEY CREDITS:
A one-semester survey of chemistry. Not intended for those needing an extensive chemistry background. Introduction to the properties of matter, atomic structure, bonding, stoichiometry, kinetics, equilibrium, states of matter, solutions, and acid-base concepts. PREREQUISITE: ACHIEVED REQUIRED SCORE ON A NATIONAL OR A WESTERN DAKOTA TECHNICAL COLLEGE QUALIFYING MATH PLACEMENT TEST or A PASSING GRADE IN MATH101 or HIGHER. COREQUISITE: CHEM 106L.
