AE 249 — MEP DESIGN I CREDITS:
This course introduces the concepts and processes associated with the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings. Students will learn to interpret and create detailed MEP drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The course emphasizes both theoretical knowledge of MEP design and practical skills in generating accurate building models and construction documents through modern BIM workflows. PREREQUISITE: AE 139 and AE 141.
