AE 135 — CONSTRUCTION THEORY I CREDITS:
This course introduces the core principles of building construction, covering the materials and methods used in the creation of our modern built environments. Students will gain an understanding of the steps involved in planning, preparation and assembly of buildings including each of the various components and how they go together to form a complete structure. Emphasis will be placed on topics that are critical to ensure accurate and functional planning and design processes. PRE or COREQUISITE: AE 139
