Basic County Corrections (Jailer)

The Basic County Corrections (Jailer) Certificate Program at Weatherford College prepares students for entry-level employment as county correctional officers in Texas. This program meets the requirements set forth by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) for certification as a jailer. It provides the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to work in a county jail environment.
