FIRS-2044 — Driver/Operator-Pumper
FIRS 2044 is a Workforce Education Course Manual (WECM) Fire Service (FIRS) course that satisfies the curriculum requirements of the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) for the Driver/Operator-Pumper certification. The course is intended to prepare students to safely and effectively drive and operate a fire department pumping apparatus in both emergency and non-emergency situations. Instruction encompasses classroom theory, practical skills training, and performance assessments aligned with NFPA 1002 standards. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to take the TCFP certification exam for Driver/Operator-Pumper.
