Students will explore organizational behavior and human motivation, quality management and process improvement, decision-making styles and strategic planning processes, leadership vs management, organizational design and structure, characteristics of effective change management and control systems, and the importance of ethics, law, stakeholder management and social responsibility in today’s fast-paced for-profit and non-profit organizations.
