BUS 262 - User Experience (UX) BUS 262 - User Experience (UX) LEC hours per week: 5 This course provides a hands-on introduction to the User Experience (UX) development process. Students will conduct interviews and observations and evaluate systems through the lens of good design. Students will practice the process by applying it to a real-world micro-research project. This will include: developing a strategy to address an inherently ill-defined problem, practicing problem definition, and presenting findings and possible solutions to community members. Equivalent course to CS 252 ; student may not earn credit for both BUS 262 and CS 252 . Formerly: EMRK 252. Course
