Topics include: ABO grouping, Rh typing, cross-matching, antibody screening and identification, quality control, donor screening, component preparation, hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn, autoimmune hemolytic anemias, and adverse effects of transfusion. (This course was previously MLT 115) Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall This course is collegiate-level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
