MECH 2410 - *Electrical Control Systems MECH 2410 - *Electrical Control Systems This course is a study of the creation and use of industrial electrical control wiring prints. The creation and modification of industrial electrical control prints using CAD software with emphasis on proper print layout, component selection, and wire types will be covered. Proper wiring technique for both control panel and field wiring will also be covered. The integration of various types of automation equipment (PLCs, variable frequency drives, motor controls, etc.) within an industrial control system will be emphasized. Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
