ETR 140 - Introduction to Mechatronics ETR 140 - Introduction to Mechatronics (3 credits) Presents foundational concepts in mechatronics including analog and digital electronics, sensors, actuators, microprocessors, and microprocessor interfacing to electromechanical systems. Surveys components and measurement equipment used in the design, installation, and repair of mechatronic equipment and circuits. This course is cross-listed with MEC 140 . Credit will not be awarded for both. An additional career and technical education course specific fee of $25.00 per credit hour applies to this course. The price is discounted 50% to $12.50 per credit hour for the 2026-27 academic year only.
