CD V73 — Speech and Language Development in Children
This course focuses on typical speech, language, and hearing development including acquisition of phonology, morphology, semantics, syntax, and pragmatics, and differentiation of typical from disordered communication. Students will study prevention, assessment, and intervention practices for language and literacy disorders in children and adolescents. Communication development in bilingual populations will also be discussed.
