Valencia College’s A.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management prepares students for immediate employment through a blend of classroom instruction and hands ‑ on experience. Located in Orlando’s globally recognized hospitality market, the program allows students to build targeted skills by selecting one of five industry ‑ aligned specializations, with the option to stack additional specialized hospitality technical certificates. Specializations include Hotel Operations & Management, Event Planning & Management, Theme Park & Attractions Management, Restaurant & Foodservice Management, and Bar & Beverage Management.
