RET 1485 — CARDIOPULMONARY PHYSIOLOGY
Degree program. Course emphasis on the functions of the cardiopulmonary system as it relates to ventilation, regulation of breathing, respirations, gas exchange and delivery. The course introduces common factors effecting oxygen and carbon dioxide transport. An emphasis on the cardiovascular system and cellular respiration compared to the manifestations of disease and blood gas analysis.
