PAD 4332 — STRATEGIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL PLANNING
This course is an examination of strategic planning in public organizations. The student will learn how strategic planning can guide and strengthen the effectiveness of an organization’s performance by using information to design and improve services. The steps to a strategic planning process are introduced as an effective planning approach to accomplish strategic and operational planning in public organizations.
