BOT 2800 — ETHNOBOTANY
The course will emphasize the role of plants in the development of civilization, and the influence of plants on world history, politics, economics and culture. A survey of useful and harmful plants and plant products from various cultures from around the world will be explored. Students should be able to complete college level reading, writing, and mathematics assignments as part of this course.
