The Addiction Treatment certificate curriculum offers, over two-terms, the coursework that meets the educational hours required to take the Oregon Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-I) exam. Topics addressed include individual and group counseling skills, addiction pharmacology, ethics, HIV/AIDS and fundamentals of case management.
