Study of the principles and theories of organizational behavior (OB), focusing on how individuals, groups, and organizational structures influence job performance, organizational commitment and business outcomes. Students gain a practical understanding of human and group behavior in the workplace and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective strategies to improve the attitudes and behaviors of individuals and groups in organizations.
