LAWW 58601 — Foreclosure Law
Students will be introduced to foreclosure law, with the primary emphasis on the statutes and practice in Arkansas. Topics addressed will include the statutory and case law, court procedure and practice, alternatives to foreclosure, and the impact of COVID on the mortgage industry. Students will be asked to prepare a complaint, and decree, and to deliver a ten (10) minute presentation on an assigned foreclosure topic. (Typically offered: Summer)
