IARD 383H3 — Honors Building Systems for Interior Design

A survey course of building systems that addresses the design implications of heating/air conditioning/ventilation, plumbing, power, data/voice/and telecommunications, fire protection, security, and acoustical systems on building interiors. Performance characteristics and sustainable technologies will be addressed. Prerequisite: IARD 28104 and IARD 28203 and honors standing. (Typically offered: Fall) This course is equivalent to IARD 38303 .
