HRDE 33203 — Designing and Developing Human Resource Development Programs
Students will learn to design and develop training programs. The focus is on need for training, application of learning principles, writing instructional objectives and plans, designing active training methods, using visual aids, working with groups, and evaluating training. Pre- or Corequisite: HRDE 31103 and HRDE 33103 . Prerequisite: Junior standing. (Typically offered: Spring)
