Theoretical background to and practical code requirements for various structural loadings. These include dead loads, occupancy loads, roof loads and ponding, snow loads, granular loads, vehicular loads, wind loading, and seismic loads. Prerequisite: INEG 24103 with a C or better, and ( CVEG 43003 or CVEG 493HV or CVEG 43103 ) with a C or better. (Typically offered: Spring)
