CSCE 20104 — Programming Foundations II

This course continues developing problem solving techniques by focusing on fundamental data structures and associated algorithms. Topics include: abstract data types, introduction to object-oriented programming, linked lists, stacks, queues, hash tables, binary trees, graphs, recursion, and searching and sorting algorithms. Using C++ in a UNIX environment. Corequisite: Lab component. Prerequisite: CSCE 20004 with a C or better, and must be a student in ENGR, ENGRFR, EXPLEN, or CSCE-Minor. (Typically offered: Fall and Spring)
