CHEM 142H3 — Honors University Chemistry II

Presents the topics of periodicity, bonding, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, kinetics, and chemical equilibrium in detail. Lecture 3 hours per week. Students with satisfactory performance on the proficiency exam and who complete CHEM 142H3 on the UAF campus with a grade of "C" or better can request credit for CHEM 14103 . Pre- or Corequisite: MATH 13004 or higher. Corequisite: CHEM 142H1 and related course component drill section for CHEM 142H3 . Prerequisite: Honors candidacy and CHEM 14103 (or CHEM 12073 , or satisfactory performance on the chemistry proficiency exam). (Typically offered: Fall, Spring and Summer) This course is equivalent to CHEM 14203 .
