ANSC 10301 — Introductory to Animal Sciences Laboratory
Study of facilities used in production, processing, and management in animal agriculture. Identification, selection evaluation and testing of livestock, meat, and milk. Laboratory 3 hours per week. (Typically offered: Spring)
