AGLE 315H3 — Honors Leadership Development in Agriculture
Identification of styles and roles of leadership; development of leadership techniques and skills required in working with organizations; dynamics of group action; methods of resolving conflict; ethical considerations for leaders; and personal skills development. Prerequisite: Junior standing. (Typically offered: Fall, Spring and Summer) This course is equivalent to AGLE 31503 .
