HVAC 24104 - Commercial Refrigeration HVAC 24104 - Commercial Refrigeration This course applies to the selection, calibration, service, application, and operation of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers and/or freezers and display cases, and an introduction to merchandizers and installation plan interpretations with an emphasis on safety, codes, and ordinances. Emphasis is placed on the adjustment of temperature, pressure, defrost controls, load calculations, and the theory of pipe sizing.
