Students become familiar with the theories supporting early childhood education and learn how to develop an effective program designed uniquely for children birth to eight. Students also obtain knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to the care and education of young children. This course is part of the Birth through Pre-Kindergarten Teaching Credential core.
