Basic concepts, units of measure, tools and materials, techniques and formulas are included. Discussions and demonstrations cover basic baking to advanced techniques. Breads, sweet doughs, choux paste, pies and mousses are also covered. Any required developmental education courses must be successfully completed before taking this course.
