ALHE 11007 - Nursing Assistant ALHE 11007 - Nursing Assistant This course provides instruction with an emphasis on technical skills, professional relationships and workplace ethics. Permission to enroll is required. Graduates of the program are eligible to complete the Arkansas skills test to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and are prepared to work in long-term care, acute care and home-health care settings.
