TECH2333 — Electronic Devices
A coverage of semi-conductor devices with emphasis on the flow and control of current at the P-N junction. Devices to be studied include diodes, transistors (BJT, UJT, and FET), and pnpn switches. Introduction to Integrated Circuit Technology. Lecture: Lecture: 2 hours per week. Laboratory: Laboratory: 2 hours per week.
