HUSC3370 — Food Law and Regulation
A general overview of the laws, regulations, history and policies that govern food regulation in the United States. Examination and discussion of federal and state laws and regulations applying to the processing, handling, distribution and serving of food products. Lecture: Lecture 3 hours per week.
