An introduction to the methods and techniques used in the collection of fishes and fisheries data. The course overviews standard techniques that a practicing fisheries manager would use during his/her career. Students work with various sampling gears, operating procedures, analytical techniques, and considerations of using such equipment and procedures. Term all term. Lecture: Lecture: 2 hours per week.
