HIMT 10403 - Essentials of the Human Body HIMT 10403 - Essentials of the Human Body 3 Lecture Hour(s) A systemic approach to introduce medical office professionals to the basics of the body’s structure and function including the study of the mechanisms by which the body attempts to maintain and/or restore equilibrium or balance; fosters development of skills of observation necessary to assess, monitor, and report symptoms that result in malfunction in organs and/or body systems.
