ALHE 10602 - Tech Phlebotomy Practicum ALHE 10602 - Tech Phlebotomy Practicum 2 Laboratory Hour(s) Emphasis on infection prevention, safety, and quality assurance of specimen collection will be outlined. Students who can provide proof of successful collection of a specified number of venipuncture specimens may be qualified to sit for a national phlebotomy examination.
