The process explores the impact of historical and current events in the development of the professional role of the nurse. Knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to QSEN competencies (EBP, T/C, QI, S, PCC, and I) in professional nursing and the BSN curriculum are included. A personal philosophy of nursing will be explored within the framework of various nursing theories. Partial term.
