Participants will learn how to create supportive, culturally responsive communities of learners, design high-quality and student-centered learning environments, and establish strong partnerships with families and communities especially in diverse or under-resourced settings. The course emphasizes relationship-driven classroom management, including restorative practices and trauma-informed approaches that foster empathy, structure, and positive behavior. Students will also gain understanding of teacher evaluation systems and develop reflective practices for ongoing professional growth, preparing them to support and empower all learners for academic and personal success.
