An opportunity to apply communication concepts and skills in a professional setting outside the department. Focus on experiencing and analyzing communication in real-world situations. An application and interview process must be completed before enrolling in this course. May be repeated for up to 6 hours of credit. May be repeated up to 12 hours of hours toward fulfillment of the major (3 hours for the minor) and 6 hours toward fulfillment of general electives. 50 overall GPA and 3.00 within the department, minimum of 18 hours in the program and approval of the internship director.
