MUEN 34131 - Jazz Band MUEN 34131 - Jazz Band UAFS Legacy Course Number: MUSR 3411 PART all, Spring Performance of contemporary and traditional styles of jazz are explored with an emphasis on improvisation and proper stylistic interpretation. Students gain experience in performance and rehearsal techniques. Can be used as a large ensemble credit in the degree plan for students whose main applied lesson study is on guitar or piano; any other applied lesson study would need special department head permission. Guitar and piano students can also use MUSR 1421/3421 to meet large ensemble requirements.
