KINE1308 — Sports Officiate
(3-3-1) This course is taken for academic credit. Students will earn an A, B, C, D, F, or W. This course is designed to teach the skills of sports officiating with an emphasis on knowledge of the rules, game management, and the role of the sports official in maintaining fair play and sportsmanship. Communication, decision making, conflict management skills, and game safety will all be covered. Lab fee.
