FNS236 — Funeral Service Law
Focuses on the duties, rights, responsibilities, and liabilities of the funeral director and embalmer. Teaches building and zoning ordinances relating to the funeral establishment, tort liability, cemetery law, wills, and the administration of estates. May include the study of state laws as they pertain to funeral services. Lecture 3 hours.
