SOCI 223 — - Marriage and the Family
Prerequisite(s): SOCI 111. This course is an examination of various aspects of current family systems with an emphasis on their strengths and diversity. Five significant aspects are examined: the social context of intimate relationships, development and dynamics of intimate relationships, stages of marriage and family life, and challenges and opportunities facing families.
