Prerequisite(s): NURS 128, NURS 129, and NURS 135. This course focuses on the nurse’s role in the care of the family, encompassing sexuality, reproduction, and development. The student utilizes the nursing process in assisting patients and their families to achieve or maintain their optimal level of wellness.
