Prerequisite(s): HPER 152. This course provides instruction in the development of fitness planning, fitness goal setting, and personal health and wellness. Students participate in activities designed to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Students meet with an instructor during the first week and last week of classes.
