HPER 152 — Fitness Center I
Prerequisite(s): HPER 151. This course provides instruction in the development of fitness planning, fitness goal setting, and personal health and wellness. This is an introductory course where students gain the knowledge of a wide variety of fitness equipment. Students participate in activities designed to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Students will meet with an instructor during first week and last week of classes. Lecture .5 hour/Laboratory 1 hour/Total 1.5 hours per week. FA, SP
