ECD 126 — - Child Health, Safety, and Nutrition
Prerequisite(s): READ 02 or Reading placement of ENGL 111. This course is designed to emphasize health, safety, and nutrition with young children. Includes preparing safe environments, adequate nutrition, disease prevention, and space regulations. Proper hand washing, good hygiene, and childhood obesity are also addressed.
