This course is a study of the principles of supervision. The key challenges facing supervisors, including social, demographic, economic, technological, and global challenges, are covered in detail. In addition, students are introduced to the managerial functions of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling and how these functions are applied in supervisory roles.
