ARTS 243 — - Painting II
Prerequisite(s): ARTS 233. This is an advanced course providing studio instruction in acrylic painting, focusing on the specific interest of the student. The student works with acrylic painting processes and techniques, concentrating on a thematic, in- depth development of studio work. Composition and subject matter is examined. The documentation of work in digital media and development of a portfolio are covered. The student is responsible for materials required for this course. The student is provided an individual studio space, easel, and table. Laboratory 6 hours per week. FA, SP
